Guarantee policy

We apply a warranty period of 6 months on all necklaces, earrings, rings, and bracelets. Each situation is assessed individually. Please contact us at customerservice@urbanlabeljewelry.com and include the following information:

  • Order number and full name
  • Photo/video of the damaged product where the problem is clearly visible
  • A short description of the problem
Please note: Losing the product or wear and tear due to normal use is not covered by the warranty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 1-2 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
