Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders will get shipped out one day after purchase*. The orders will be packed as letterbox shipments. Currently, we only ship within The Netherlands and selected countries within the EU.

*During the weekend, delivery time may be longer.

The Netherlands

We offer three shipping methods:

  • Standard: Standard shipping costs €2,30. This method does not include a tracking number.
  • Plus: Plus shipping costs €4,20. This method does include a tracking number.
  • Free: Shipping costs are free for all orders from €55,- or more. A tracking number will always be included.

EU

(Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden)

We offer three shipping methods:

  • Standard: Standard shipping costs €5,60. This method does not include a tracking number.
  • Plus: Plus shipping costs €6,60. This method does include a tracking number.
  • Free: Shipping costs are free for all orders from €80,- or more. A tracking number will be included.

All orders will be shipped with PostNL or DHL.

Please keep in mind once your package is sent to the post office we have no longer control over this item. If you want to be assured of your shipment, choose the shipping method with tracking number. We are not responsible for tracking a parcel that was not purchased with a tracking number.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you need to request your return within 14 days after receiving your order. After your request is approved, you have 7 days to return the package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that the return shipment is at your own cost!

Packages that were sent with Standard Shipping can be returned the same way, without a tracking. In this case, you will need the receipt or a proof of shipping. We will ask you to send it to us. Packages that were sent with Plus Shipping can only be returned with a track & trace code.

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Returning items

If the return request is accepted you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To avoid items having to be returned, be sure to check the size and color of the item before you make your purchase to ensure it is right for you.
