Shipping policy

At Urban Label Jewelry we have a two-day production time. All orders will get shipped out one or two days after purchase. The orders will be packed as letterbox shipments. Currently, we only ship within The Netherlands and selected countries within the EU.

The Netherlands

We offer three shipping methods:

• Standard: Standard shipping costs €2,02. This method does not include a tracking number.
• Plus: Plus shipping costs €3,99. This method does include a tracking number.
• Free: Shipping costs are free for all orders of €50,- or more. A tracking number will be included.

EU

(Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden)

We offer three shipping methods:

• Standard: Standard shipping costs €3,30. This method does not include a tracking number.
• Plus: Plus shipping costs €5,70. This method does include a tracking number.
• Free: Shipping costs are free for all orders of €75,- or more. A tracking number will be included.

All orders will be shipped with PostNL and DHL.

Please keep in mind once your package is sent to the post office we have no longer control over this item. If you want to be assured of your shipment, choose the shipping method with tracking number. We are not responsible for tracking a parcel that was not purchased with a tracking number.
